 In case you've missed my pimpings, Blackdogs and I are hosting a one-shot contest. We're looking for holiday stories. My Saturday nights are pretty exciting. I'm usually writing, or at a friend's house, or watching SNL or like last night, I spent 4 hours trying to put my own banner on my LJ page. Don't be jealous. 

I have directions to do this. I asked someone knowledgeable and what they gave me should work...but it doesn't. I'm very frustrated. I want my LJ page to be pretty. I want it to be interesting. I want it to look better. I settled for changing the layout and now its none of these things. Perhaps in another couple weeks I will try again. Or maybe not.
